Medilink recently announced their partnership with NAB and HiCaps and as an Allied Health Provider I was keen to investigate if this truly was going to be a benefit to my practice? We installed the Easyclaim module recently and I must say that I was and remain to be very impressed with the ease of use it fabulous and indeed lives up to its name of being Easy. With all new technologies there is some reluctance to move but this was a very good decision, well done Medilink.

MEDILINK has been able to provide me with software for single practices to multiple practices, without difficulty. Support is very forthcoming from MEDILINK, and most times a problem can be sorted out with a phone call. However if onsite service is required they are more than obliging. Good support is essential and MEDILINK consultants have always been there when help is needed. I now own and run a billing bureau, with 5 full time, high profile specialists.
